👨‍💼 Team Leader (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide interns, freelancers, and team members.
• Coordinate content creation, video editing, graphic design, and web updates.
• Set goals, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines and quality are met.
• Communicate regularly with the owner and team members.
• Motivate, mentor, and support the team to achieve MasterG’s goals.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Project management and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with content creation processes.
• Problem-solving and decision-making.
• Proficient computer knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate.

Stipend: ₹10,000–15,000 per month

👩‍💻 Interns (Part-Time) / Freelancers

Available Roles:

• Content Writers: Write blog posts, scripts, and study notes.
• Graphic Designers: Design thumbnails, banners, and posts.
• Video Editors: Edit short-form & long-form videos with effects & transitions.
• Social Media Interns: Manage posts, hashtags, and engagement on social platforms.
• Web Development Interns: Update WordPress site, troubleshoot, and implement new features.

Responsibilities (for all roles):

• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas.
• Support live classes or admin tasks if needed.
• Participate in mentoring sessions to grow skills.
• Opportunities may lead to paid roles or leadership positions.

Stipend:

₹6,000–10,000 per month (depending on role and hours)
